EK is looking for a quick-learning and motivated person to join our Electrical Team. Our team of Electrical Techs assist our Licensed Electricians in building advanced LARGE power system enclosures. We're looking for a motivated Electrical Tech who is ready to jump in with a great group of people and push our Power Products division to the next level. What you'll be responsible for: Performs a wide variety of electrical installation work on electrical systems and equipment Installs complex wiring circuits and distribution centers in conformance with established codes as directed by electricians Installs switches and controls, central and subsidiary control panels, electronic devices, and other gear incidental to the installation. Follows electrical drawings and work instructions. Uses all required electrical measuring and testing devices. Complies with prescribed safety regulations. Works from a general assignment and completes project with direction from electricians. Assembles functional parts of enclosures using hand tools, levels, and straight edges. Assembles, installs and/or repairs wiring, electrical and electronic components and equipment. Uses tools ranging from common hand and power tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing devices.
