Join Our Team to Make a Real Impact on Housing Equity in the Heart of Seattle The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) is looking for an HR Technician I to join our team. In this role, you’ll contribute to meaningful HR work while continuing to grow and develop your skills. This project-based position is expected to end on April 1, 2028. What Will You Do? Play a key role in shaping the employee experience and supporting a culture of equity and inclusivity. Manage full-scope recruitment for half of the agency, working closely with another HR Technician to attract top talent. Use data and analytics to identify opportunities for process improvements and optimize HR systems and operations. For additional information on the job, please see the full job description. Minimum Requirements Three years of relevant HR experience, along with a passion for finding top talent Knowledge of HRIS, process improvement strategies, and HR policies are highly beneficial. Strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain cooperative working relationships. We value the unique strengths and experiences you bring to the team. Work Schedule This position requires working onsite Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM for the first 90 days. After that period, remote work will be available on Mondays and Thursdays.
