Job Profile Summary

Supports the fulfillment team to ensure efficiency and streamline operations as needed to meet turnaround time standards. Maintains consistent communication with all relevant parties involved in the mortgage transaction. Ensures deadlines are met in a timely manner by obtaining all necessary documentation needed from third party vendors including but not limited to appraisal reports, title documentation, surveys, verification of employment, verification of assets, and homeowners insurance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Order all documents (i.e. appraisals, surveys, income, assets) in a timely manner.

2. Manage communication with vendors, Loan Officers and processors to ensure all details are consistent throughout.

3. Manage status pipelines to ensure deadlines are met.

4. Monitor an email inbox and distribute all documentation received to assigned processor.

5. Assign team members to the file for follow up.

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Experience: One to two years related experience preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effective both verbally and in writing.
  • Passion for accuracy. Substantial ability to prioritize tasks and problem solve for solutions.
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant software including MS Office.
