Ingram Content Group (ICG) is seeking a Client Integration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the technical onboarding and integration of publisher partners onto the CoreSource platform by planning, coordinating, and executing endtoend integration workflows. This role acts as the primary technical liaison between CoreSource, publishers and partners, defining integration requirements, managing project timelines, and ensuring accurate system configuration, data exchange, and file validation. Implements process improvements to increase integration efficiency and data quality and ensures a controlled transition to ongoing operational support. Throughout the engagement, the role emphasizes proactive communication, strong account management, and a positive customer experience that meets or exceeds client expectations. The role requires technical abilities, disciplined project execution, and consistent stakeholder communication to support reliable platform adoption and system performance. Manages key client accounts and coordinates and communicates all issues between CoreSource and a publisher and tracks issue resolution to completion. Hiring Salary Range:$51,740k -$64,299k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to:the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
