Your future starts here. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: The Specialist, Regulatory Compliance helps make sure Mechanical Car, Locomotive, and Engineering operations follow all required regulations. The role focuses heavily on incident management, accurate reporting, and keeping an eye on costs. This position needs someone who understands operations well, can use good judgment when things aren't clear cut, and isn't afraid to question current practices to support compliance and ongoing improvement.
