Automotive Systems Engineer

• Lead full-cycle feature development using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Python, C++, and Gherkin-based requirements tools
• Develop network, wiring, and power distribution schematics/block diagrams
• Author functional/implementation specs, DFMEA documentation, functional safety assessments, and cybersecurity mitigation plans
• Partner with cross-functional teams - hardware, software, mechanical, HMI - to deliver balanced, production-ready solutions
• Identify cost and quality improvement opportunities across existing system designs

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
• 3+ years in systems engineering, preferably automotive
• 3+ years in software engineering
• Solid understanding of vehicle electrical systems, CAN communication, and electrical module design
• Master's degree and 5+ years of automotive experience preferred
