We are seeking a dynamic individual to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of leadership development programs. In this position, you will be instrumental in coordinating and supporting vital learning experiences that empower leaders across the organization. Your expertise will directly influence the effectiveness of training strategies, ensuring that leaders are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to drive success and innovation. You'll be at the heart of transforming learning operations, adapting to evolving priorities, and collaborating with various partners to deliver exceptional development opportunities. **What You'll Do:** * Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for leadership learning events and platforms, guiding best practices and optimal utilization.
* Coordinate the strategic deployment of leadership development training initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
* Manage logistics for in-person programs, including coordinating with client facilities for classroom, building, and asset management.
* Oversee external vendor relationships for event reservations, space, and catering services for in-person training events.
* Collaborate closely with leadership development heads, program managers, and internal and external partners to execute comprehensive training strategies and plans.
* Craft and distribute compelling communication announcements for upcoming training events, ensuring broad awareness and engagement.
* Manage participant lists, schedule virtual and in-person training sessions, and meticulously validate and process training record completions within the Learning Management System.
* Act as an expert user of the Learning Management System and other key learning platforms, providing support to the field, generating reports, and collaborating with global teams.
* Procure, print, and organize instructional materials and supplies essential for successful learning events.
* Conduct thorough translation reviews for regional learning materials, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
* Analyze relevant data and information to identify opportunities for improvement and extract valuable lessons learned to enhance training resources.
* Lead organization-wide leader training actions, including strategy implementation, logistical coordination, follow-up, and the development and deployment of train-the-trainer sessions as needed.
* Establish and implement a robust facilities management process for all rooms, buildings, and assets utilized for in-person programs. **What You'll Bring:** * **Educational Background:** Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
* **Experience:** A minimum of 2 years of experience in similar training coordination positions, coupled with demonstrated project management and event planning expertise.
* **Interpersonal Skills:** Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to establish trust and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
* **Communication Proficiency:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and engagingly.
