To be considered for this role, you must:



  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
  • Be able to work Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What You'll Do:



  • Perform digital printing tasks using large production-class printers.
  • Operate advanced inserter machines for folding and preparing various materials into envelopes.
  • Execute a wide range of mailroom functions in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
  • Verify print jobs meticulously against documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage the complete process of printing, inserting, and applying postage.
  • Communicate job completion effectively within defined timeframes.
  • Handle sensitive healthcare information with the utmost confidentiality and care.
  • Maintain a balance of compassion, kindness, professionalism, and exceptional customer service in all interactions.


Must-Have Qualifications:



  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency with MS Suite.
  • Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods throughout an entire shift.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced setting.
  • Comfortable working in a demanding, 24/7 operational environment.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and excellent customer service skills.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $16.55 to $18.55 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
