In this role, you will be an individual contributor, directly influencing the creation of commercially viable product designs across specific categories and collections. You will coordinate and deliver brand-right designs that tie back to the overall concept and business strategy, encompassing style, color/print, fit, and fabric for new and existing product lines. Your solid working knowledge of fashion trends and consumer needs, combined with your passion for the brand, will drive innovation and customer satisfaction.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Drive the creation of brand-right, commercially viable designs that align with our conceptual direction and business strategy.

* Develop seasonal products with a keen focus on style, fit, and fabric innovation.

* Prepare and deliver detailed design sketches, prototypes, and comprehensive specifications.

* Skillfully adapt designs based on feedback, ensuring finalization meets all requirements.

* Execute design concepts, providing detailed tech packs and updating fit specifications as collections evolve.

* Actively research and anticipate customer needs, ensuring our products exceed expectations.

* Continuously source new ideas, conduct competitor research, and analyze trends to keep our designs fresh and relevant.

* Collaborate closely with vendors and key internal partners, including Merchandising, Marketing, and Product Development, throughout the design process.

* Contribute to brainstorming sessions and present innovative ideas to the team.

* Prepare essential materials for meetings and presentations, coordinating logistics efficiently.

* Achieve goals with meticulous attention to detail, tracking progress and proactively addressing potential issues.

* Embrace opportunities for personal growth and develop new skills and competencies.

* Build and maintain strong, effective relationships with key partners.

* Seek continuous improvement in processes to enhance efficiency, speed, and agility.

* Manage budget and time commitments without compromising design excellence.

* Support the team with regular internal company presentations and contribute to custom requests as needed.

* Create and maintain accurate colored linesheets and utilize the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system as the definitive source of truth for all cross-functional teams.

* With manager support, actively participate in and lead weekly fittings to ensure precise execution of design intent.

* Conduct ongoing market research across diverse platforms to stay ahead of emerging trends.

### What You'll Bring:

* Bachelor's degree in Design.

* 3+ years of progressive design experience within a comparable retail environment.

* Proven experience in lounge apparel design.

* Sound knowledge of fashion history, including key designers and styles.

* A strong commercial fashion eye and meticulous attention to product styling and performance.

* A customer-centric philosophy.

* A collaborative spirit with a team-oriented approach.

* Highly motivated, passionate, and results-oriented mindset.

* Excellent communication and presentation skills.

* A champion for change, able to react with speed and agility.

* Flexible and creative problem-solving abilities.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

* Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

* Ability to undertake moderate domestic travel.

* Beautiful hand sketching skills.
