You will lead a team responsible for Commercial products design and development in collaboration with business partners. You will research solutions that inform recommended actions to improve profitability, growth and customer experience in support of annual profit and growth plans. In this role, you'll align new products, enhancements and initiatives to the Commercial top and bottom line short-term and long-term goals. You will create insights from intelligence about customers, market and competitors for problem solving and proactively identifying product solutions aligned to product strategy.

In this flex office/home role, you will be expected to work a minimum of 10 days per month from either Madison, WI; Boston, MA; Denver, CO; Hopkins, MN or St Joseph, MO.
