Responsibilities Supply Chain Manager This role oversees all aspects of Materials Management for the plant, including production scheduling, purchasing, inventory control, receiving, shipping, and material usage analysis. It ensures on-time delivery of finished goods while meeting KPIs such as customer service levels, stock turns, and financial targets. The position is responsible for annual budget development and achievement, driving initiatives to reduce lead times and improve responsiveness, and managing team performance through clear objectives. It also supports colleague development, succession planning, and alignment with corporate values and leadership expectations. Your Seat at the Table:
