The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive demand for protective coatings products. This role involves close collaboration with sales teams, distributors, and customers implementing effective marketing campaigns, events, and promotions that support sales growth.

Additional Information:

This is a remote position and will be expected to travel at 50% or more of the time, throughout our Southeast Division.

Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised.   1. Strategy Execution: Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to support sales objectives within the local regions.

  2. Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify regional trends, opportunities, and customer needs.

  3. Campaign Execution: Oversee the planning and execution of field marketing campaigns, including customer engagement programs, targeted segment campaigns and digital initiatives to drive sales team engagement.

  4. Content Development: Work with Marcom teams, as well independently, to develop content that can be utilized locally, but then customized for future applications across all different regions and segments.

  5. Sales Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to develop targeted marketing programs that drive lead generation and customer acquisition.

  6. Budget Oversight: Manage regional marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.

  7. Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with key industry partners, local and regional industry, organizations, and customers to enhance brand positioning.

  8. Performance Metrics: Track and analyze marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future (e.g., OPT, CPT, H1B, EB-1,etc.)
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted drivers license.
  • Must have a bachelor's degree or higher or have at least four (4) years of experience in sales or marketing.
  • Must have three (3) years of experience in sales and/or marketing in the coatings industry
  • Must be willing to travel as required for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Have a bachelor's degree or higher
  • Have five (5) years of experience in sales and/or marketing in the coatings industry
