This role will also work cross-functionally within Finance and other departments - establishing relationships and developing product expertise.
This role requires a collaborative and strategic finance professional with deep analytical capabilities, strong communication skills and sound judgment.

  • Partners with subject matter experts across the company, establishing trust and gaining an understanding of relevant business drivers and key economic metrics (e.g., price and quantity contribution to revenue, cost to serve, and margin expansion)

  • Develop financial models and framework for effective management, ROI analysis and business recommendations on strategic investments and their impact on growth drivers and margin expansion

  • Help develop product long range plan (LRP) framework, evaluate performance against the plan and ensure product road map is aligned across other departments' plans

  • Partner closely with Strategy and Pricing teams to define monetization strategies and insights, including future AI roadmap opportunities

  • Contribute to annual planning and budgeting processes and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strategic alignment across the company

  • Prepare and present high-quality executive presentations for product and engineering leadership

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or other relevant discipline or equivalent relevant experience required. MBA or equivalent experience preferred. Experience will be evaluated based on the Core Competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.).

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance, consulting, or analytics for Manager level; a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in finance, consulting, or analytics for Senior Manager level

  • Demonstrated success in driving operational activities

  • Proven skill in managing multiple priority initiatives

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, successfully applying this skill set to the business context

  • Extensive financial modeling experience, including scenario planning, ROI analysis, and cost-benefit analysis

  • Experience with financial systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Hyperion, or similar)

  • Compelling storyteller with the ability to synthesize complex financial and strategic data into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership

This role is hybrid and goes into the office 3 days per week.
