Description Leidos is seeking a Project Manager to support the Antarctic Support Contract (ASC) team. This position is responsible for independently leading and delivering complex, long-term construction and facilities projects in alignment with program objectives. The Project Manager is accountable for overall project performance, including scope, schedule, cost, and risk, and provides clear, accurate, and timely status reporting to stakeholders. Essential Attributes: Essential attributes for this position are strong ownership and accountability for project outcomes, the ability to operate independently with sound judgment, and a demonstrated capacity to engage and align cross-functional stakeholders. The successful candidate will bring a disciplined approach to scope definition, risk management, and execution, along with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all levels of the organization. Equally important is the ability to navigate complex, evolving project environments, anticipate challenges, and drive timely, effective resolution while maintaining focus on scope, schedule, and cost objectives. Deployment to Antarctica may be required at the discretion of management (approximately 3 to 8 weeks per year). The selected candidate must complete the physical and dental examinations required by the National Science Foundation (NSF) for deployment. Due to contract requirements, US Citizenship is required. Must obtain a Public Trust security clearance prior to start date. This process could take up to 4 months. The Challenge:
