*About the Role* We are seeking a *Technical Account Manager* to support the successful implementation, delivery, and ongoing optimization of marketing technology solutions. This role is ideal for a client-focused professional who blends technical expertise with strong relationship management and project delivery capabilities.
You will serve as a primary contact for clients, ensuring seamless onboarding, resolving technical challenges, and driving long-term success through strategic engagement and solution adoption. *Key Responsibilities* *Client Relationship Management* * Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, issue resolution, and escalations * Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients * Advocate for client needs internally to ensure satisfaction and retention *Solution Implementation* * Translate business requirements into technical solutions within a marketing technology environment * Lead onboarding, integration, and deployment efforts * Ensure solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with best practices * Proactively identify and mitigate risks *Technical Expertise* * Serve as a subject matter expert on marketing solutions and data ecosystems * Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolution * Work with APIs, developer tools, and technical integrations (preferred) *Project Management* * Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery * Provide regular project status updates and performance reporting * Identify opportunities for process improvements and document insights *Delivery Excellence* * Ensure all deliverables meet agreed specifications and deadlines * Support client retention and growth through proactive engagement * Provide value-driven recommendations based on client needs *Client Education* * Lead training sessions, workshops, and enablement activities * Help clients fully leverage solutions to maximize business outcomes *Required Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university * 4+ years of experience in *technical account management, client delivery, or operations within MarTech/AdTech* * Strong proficiency in *Microsoft Excel* (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, advanced formulas preferred) * Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously * Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills with external stakeholders *Preferred Experience* * Experience working with marketing technology platforms, identity/data ecosystems, or digital audience solutions * Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, client-friendly messaging * Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in execution *What We're Looking For* * A strong communicator who can bridge business and technical teams * A client advocate who proactively identifies opportunities and resolves issues * A detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions * Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
