Description The Medical Laboratory Technician implements the clinic's mission, goals and objectives by exemplifying the short- and long-term vision, values, and goals of the department by providing professional clinical laboratory science services including the performance of clinical laboratory testing, proficiency testing, quality control, professional consultation, instrument maintenance and validation, testing validation, testing management and other functions toward the attainment of these goals. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
