Posting Date: 6/2/2026 (all roles are posted internally for a minimum of 8-days) WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO Do you have a passion for aircraft maintenance with at least 10 years of experience in the industry? Are you looking for a hands-on leadership role with a small, collaborative, and tight-knit team? Do you have experience repairing and maintaining Hawker aircraft 900XP-(800)? Hallmark owns one Hawker aircraft and is seeking a Chief of Maintenance. The Chief of Maintenance directs all inspection activities; coordinates, schedules, supervises all maintenance work; and assists the Chief Pilot in the operation of the flight department. This role also ensures that corporate aircraft are airworthy, Hallmark's maintenance program complies with all applicable regulations, and maintenance activities are communicated to flight department personnel as needed. The Chief of Maintenance will perform maintenance and inspection tasks. The Chief of Maintenance must balance the flight and maintenance schedules, minimizing downtime, and never compromising safety.
