General Laborer 2nd Shift - Manufacturing Location: Iron Ridge, WI Company: General ThermoDynamics (An API Heat Transfer Company) Position Overview General ThermoDynamics is seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as General Laborers at our Iron Ridge facility. In this role, you will support the production of heat exchangers by assisting with a variety of hands-on manufacturing and material handling tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow a career in manufacturing. Key Responsibilities Assist in the production and assembly of heat exchanger components Support machine operations, including furnaces, fin machines, welding equipment, and stackers Load, unload, and move materials and finished products throughout the facility Perform basic inspections to ensure product quality standards are met Use hand tools and equipment safely and effectively Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with 5S standards Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions Assist with packaging and preparing orders for shipment Cross-train and work in multiple departments as needed Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Prior manufacturing or general labor experience is a plus, but not required Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment Attention to detail and commitment to quality Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-12 hours) Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds; occasional lifting up to 50 pounds Ability to bend, lift, reach, and perform repetitive tasks Work Environment Industrial manufacturing setting with varying temperatures and noise levels Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection Schedule Full-time position Overtime available based on production needs Why Join Us?
