Description and Requirements Role Overview As Senior Technical Product Manager for Hybrid Cloud Compliance & Sovereignty, you will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for data sovereignty, regulatory compliance, and governance capabilities across Lenovo's Hybrid Cloud and Agentic AI platform portfolio. We are seeking a product leader who has actively architected, driven, and launched productized compliance capabilities-not someone who simply participated in audit readiness or filled out compliance questionnaires. You will own the vision for embedding continuous control monitoring, automated data residency guardrails, and audit-ready sovereignty mechanisms directly into our cloud infrastructure, enabling enterprise and public sector customers to safely deploy AI models and agentic workflows across sovereign and highly regulated environments. This remote role offers the flexibility to be home-based anywhere in the United States. If you're near our Chicago or Raleigh offices, we follow a friendly hybrid model with three days a week in the office-great for collaboration and connection! The base salary range budgeted for this position is $184,000 to $233,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonus and/or commission.
