Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Coordinator to provide essential administrative support to our sales department and contribute to the hotel's continued success. This position has opened following an internal promotion, reflecting our commitment to employee growth and advancement.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:



  • Serve as one of the primary points of contact for incoming sales inquiries, providing prompt, professional responses to internal stakeholders and external clients while acting as a central resource for information and support.
  • Demonstrate exceptional time management, organizational skills, self-motivation, and proactive planning, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Complete a variety of assigned sales support responsibilities, including but not limited to managing and detailing wedding room blocks, assisting with reservations, creating vouchers, issuing Marriott Bonvoy points, coordinating client communications, and supporting day-to-day sales operations.
  • Assist in the development and design of promotional and marketing materials using Canva.
  • Maintain organized, accurate, and accessible electronic and physical filing systems for sales documentation and records.
  • Conduct property tours for prospective clients and guests as needed.
  • Prepare event documentation and collaborate with the sales team, hotel departments, and clients to ensure seamless execution and a high level of service throughout the pre-event, event, and post-event phases.
  • Access, update, and maintain information within hotel systems to generate reports, track account activity, and support sales initiatives.
  • Adhere to attendance and scheduling requirements, maintaining reliable and consistent availability.


  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the success of the sales department and hotel operations.



REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:



  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English required.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, professional, and service-oriented demeanor.
  • Maintains a polished appearance and professional conduct at all times.
  • Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively with guests, clients, and team members across all levels of the organization.
  • Willingness to collaborate and assist both guests and colleagues as needed to ensure exceptional service and operational success.
  • Experience with CI/TY, Lightspeed PMS, and MARSHA reservation systems is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational abilities, and customer service skills are essential.


  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
