Position: Front Office Coordinator Location: Eastgate-Cincinnati Weekly Hours: 40 (full time) SCOPE: Drives the success of front office operations by creating a welcoming, patient-centered environment and ensuring efficient practice workflows. Serves as a trusted resource and communication link for patients, physicians, and team members while overseeing key administrative functions and supporting operational excellence. Contributes to the continuous improvement of processes, policies, and patient service standards to enhance the overall experience for both patients and staff. Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum three years of medical office experience. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Vision must be correctable to 20/20 and hearing must be in the normal range for telephone contacts. It is necessary to view and type on computer screens for prolonged periods of time.
