The Position Job TitleInsurance Personal Lines Customer Service Agent Job DescriptionSUMMARY The primary role of a personal lines customer service agent is to assist our customers. This position is essential in maintaining our current customers and directly affects our policy and premium retention rates. This position is also considered support staff for our sales agents. This position follows a 41 workweek and is an inoffice role based in our Plano, Texas office. Employees are expected to be onsite four days per week and may work remotely one day per week.
