Description Role Contributes to achieving recruiting initiatives, focusing on diversity and inclusion while ensuring timely hiring and low turnover. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Exemplifies the core values of CAMPUS while supporting our strategic priorities for members, employees, and community. Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality Screen resumes/applications and coordinate interviews for the recruiter(s) and CAMPUS managers Facilitate pre-employment assessments and conduct background screenings Answer inquiries and provide feedback to candidates as needed Assist with job advertisements and postings Effectively communicate information about CAMPUS' culture, benefits, and compensation Team player who can collaborate with employee engagement, human resources, and training to improve the employee experience Enhance professional growth by gaining additional knowledge in human resources Assist in preparing reports and spreadsheets for reporting and compliance purposes Performs other duties as assigned Adheres to and follows all governmental regulations and policies Qualifications Education Associate Degree OR A combination of education and experience that provides the necessary skills and knowledge to perform the essential job functions satisfactorily may be substituted Bachelor's degree a plus Experience 2 - 4 years of similar or related experience Experience in a professional environment performing administrative and data entry tasks required Other Skills Applicant Tracking Systems (Paycom) Attention to Detail Candidate Screening Confidentiality Collaboration and Teamwork Communication Data Entry-Keyboarding Employee Data Management Operations Support Outgoing and People-Oriented Problem Solving Professional and Courteous Time Management and Organization Full-Time Employee Benefits Package Full-time employees are eligible for traditional benefits such as Health Insurance (medical, vision, dental), Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Defined Benefit Pension plan, 401(k) with up to a 5% company match, and Short & Long Term Disability Insurance.
