About the Team With a vision to empower every partner to build, market, and sell AI-first solutions at scale, Global Partner Channel Solutions (GCPS) drives revenue outcomes with and through our entire partner ecosystem. The Global Partner Marketing & GTM team brings together go-to-market strategy, programs, and digital platforms to accelerate partner growth and elevate the end-to-end partner experience across every partner segment and archetype. About the Role The Director of To-Partner Marketing leads strategy, prioritization, and execution across GCPS-owned digital channels and integrated, AI-powered marketing and communications for the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program and Cloud Solution Areas. You will lead a team of partner marketing professionals accountable for translating business priorities into outside-in, partner-relevant narratives - grounding every message in the partner's "what's in it for me" (WIFM) and earning opportunity for partners serving all customer segments - SMB through Enterprise. You will orchestrate data-driven, omnichannel partner journeys that attract, nurture, inspire, and retain partners; build measurement frameworks that connect marketing activity to partner activation, pipeline, and revenue; and harness generative AI and modern martech to deliver personalization and content velocity at scale. You will think and act both strategically and tactically, using business acumen, storytelling and a deep partner focus to balance the needs of partners and Microsoft. This role provides team leadership for the Partner Book of News and editorial calendar strategy, the multi-year end-to-end digital partner journey, an integrated earned-media and social strategy, and the delivery of impactful partner communications globally. Partner Marketing M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
