Job Summary

The Wipedown Associate is responsible for supporting warehouse operations including cleaning and disinfecting medical devices, inventory control, and shipping and receiving activities. This role ensures all tasks are completed in compliance with GxP, transportation, and import/export regulations while maintaining accurate inventory records and a clean, organized work environment. The position requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to follow strict safety and quality procedures.

Job Responsibilities



  • Prepare outbound shipments for internal and external customers, including domestic and international destinations.
  • Package, box, palletize, wrap, strap, and label shipments according to required standards.
  • Clean and disinfect medical devices to reduce bioburden in accordance with established procedures.
  • Receive inbound goods and process materials accurately within warehouse systems.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, batch reconciliations, and stock verification.
  • Fill inventory stocking requests and support par-level replenishment of warehouse materials.
  • Identify and report inventory discrepancies to appropriate personnel.
  • Move, organize, and store inventory to maintain efficient warehouse flow and housekeeping standards.
  • Ensure proper segregation and handling of non-conforming inventory.
  • Maintain compliance with all GxP, safety, transportation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Complete required training and maintain all necessary certifications.
  • Support warehouse projects and operational tasks as assigned by management.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support warehouse and production operations.


Job Requirements



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials and documentation.
  • Ability to follow strict cleaning, handling, and safety procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills and results-oriented mindset.
  • Effective verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a regulated, compliance-driven environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, standing, bending, stooping, and repetitive motion for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Willingness to complete required training and maintain certifications.


Work Experience



  • Warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
  • Experience working in regulated environments (GxP or similar) preferred.
  • Experience in cleaning, sterilization, or medical device handling preferred.
