Role Summary As a Private Banker, you will expand and deepen relationships with high-net-worth clients by identifying their financial needs and connecting them with tailored lending, deposit, fee income, asset growth, and financial planning solutions. You will serve as a relationship portal across Associated Bank, partnering with internal specialists and relationship teams to deliver a coordinated client experience and support growth in total client assets. This role is responsible for strengthening client retention, developing new business, and ensuring clients are connected with the right relationship manager or specialist to meet their financial needs.
