Job Description:
Tube Assembly operators perform day to day production activities by using most current procedures to maintain production schedules.

Essential Responsibilities:
* Ability to wear required PPE to fulfill shift duties: smock, hairnet, gloves, facemask, and safety glasses.
* Use hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and other manufacturing equipment to assemble products using detailed documented procedures.
* Follow all policies, procedures, and drawings for accuracy and quality.
* Perform visual checks of product to assure quality.
* Identify non-conforming parts following documented procedures.
* Meet manufacturing output requirements while producing high-quality products.
* Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.
* Must have strong problem solving, analytical skills, adaptability, and flexibility.
* Must have good computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, email)
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to read drawings/blueprints/work instructions.
* Must be able to clearly read and write in English.

Basic Qualifications:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with 1 to 3 years of prior manufacturing related experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Good hand/eye coordination.
* Ability to lift 3-5 lbs. and complete repeat tasks.
* Ability to sit for long periods of time.
* High level of attention to detail.
* Good historical attendance record with minimal unscheduled call offs.
* Self-driven to complete goals and tasks as required.
* Work 12-hour, compressed work week schedule with flexibility to work overtime as needed.
