  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
  • Be able to work the following schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join a dynamic team, where your meticulous attention to detail and commitment to service will directly enhance the daily functionality and well-being of a bustling environment. This isn't your traditional administrative role; you'll be at the heart of ensuring our facilities run smoothly, impacting countless individuals every day by managing essential resources and maintaining a high standard of operational readiness.

What You'll Do:



  • Perform daily replenishment of supplies across multiple common areas.
  • Manage inventory, order necessary supplies, and organize received items efficiently.
  • Conduct daily condition assessments of various areas and facilities, documenting findings and initiating follow-up actions.
  • Support incident response by distributing critical communications using established protocols.
  • Maintain, update, and report on the status of ongoing service requests.
  • Disseminate important communications to leaders and employees regarding facility impacts.
  • Document information and generate reports from an electronic data system, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Oversee multiple email and calendar accounts for reservation management.
  • Manage and prioritize shared email accounts, including requests from visitors.
  • Coordinate locker assignments for newly onboarded employees.
  • Conduct annual audits of locker assignments and office space/workstations.


Education Requirements:



  • High School Diploma or GED


Required Skills & Experience:



  • Proficiency with standard office software.
  • Above-average customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to supporting colleagues and visitors.
  • Exceptional ability to follow detailed, multi-step instructions and consistently perform daily tasks with precision.
  • Above-average written communication skills.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $22.89 - $49.82 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
