Coworkers in Electric T&D's actively engage in the Lean Methodology through the use of Visual Management in Operating Reviews to cross-functionally identify and solve problems, and create standard work. By working together as One Electric. One Team. We are delivering for our hometowns. Position Summary This position is on-site; headquartered in Danville, CA. Designs, develops, implements, and oversees health and safety programs in accordance with safety & health strategy which includes program marketing and immersion of programs at PG&E to change or improve employee health, safety, and wellness. Manages activities associated with safety, wellness, and/or health programs including planning, coordinating, monitoring, and reporting effectiveness of such programs. Responsible for organizing, leading, and facilitating cross-functional teams as well as communicating programs. Works with Safety & Health leaders to strategize and execute program initiatives; supports execution by providing tools to leadership and health champions. Delivers presentations and training courses. PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of thejob posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will bebased on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience,market value, geographic location, and internal equity.Although we estimatethe successful candidate hiredinto this rolewill be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decisionwill be made on a case-by-casebasis related tothese factors.
