As Director, Global Mobility & Immigration, you will lead the strategy, operations, and evolution of Snowflake's global mobility and immigration programs. You will partner closely with People, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Tax, Finance, and business leaders to develop scalable solutions that support workforce growth, international hiring, employee mobility, and business expansion. This leader will play a key role in scaling Snowflake's global workforce by building programs that enable business growth while balancing employee experience, operational excellence, and compliance. This role requires a leader who can balance strategic thinking with operational excellence-building scalable programs while remaining closely connected to the day-to-day realities of supporting a global workforce. The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
