ABOUT THE ROLE The Quality Control Manager oversees all quality assurance and control activities within the plant, ensuring products meet company standards and customer specifications. This role supervises internal inspectors and external agencies, manages testing and documentation, and drives continuous improvement in product quality and production processes. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented quality leader with strong experience in concrete or precast manufacturing environments. They are analytical, process-driven, and confident in identifying and resolving quality issues related to materials, production, and finished products. This individual is an effective communicator who can collaborate across departments, lead teams, and implement systems that improve consistency, compliance, and overall product quality.
