Summary The Sales Support Officer is a key member of the Sales Support Group providing support for the successful planning and implementation for key activities and client events that support the Bank's Vision, Mission, Critical Few, and Supporting Strategies / Initiatives. S.) from four-year College or university; or 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Mathematical Skills Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Reasoning Ability Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Computer Software Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong skills with use of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and other project management software in mobile and non-mobile environments.
