Summary Strategic Partnering Responsibilities Culture Champion Responsibilities: Counsels on situational issues; leads initiatives to resolve conflicts. Operational Responsibilities: Education Bachelor of Science required. Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other related field preferred. Work Experience Seven (7) years of progressively responsible human resources management experience, including employee relations experience, preferably in a University or Hospital setting. Experience of advising multiple levels of management on a range of people matters (e.g., employee engagement, retention, employee & labor relations, performance management, leave of absence, recruitment, etc.) Experience using a recognized HRIS System is strongly preferred. Salary Range: Minimum 44.81/hour - Maximum 71.70/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
