Staff Performance Coordinator
Required: Bilingual Spanish/English ProLogistix - Fontana, CA We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join our on-site team supporting a ProLogistix client in Fontana, CA. This role is ideal for someone with prior staffing experience who is passionate about employee development and operational excellence. The position requires bilingual fluency in Spanish and English and the flexibility to support 2nd and 3rd shift operations. Location: Client Site (Manufacturing/Warehouse) in Fontana, CA
Schedule: 4pm to 1am Monday thru Thursday - Friday 12am to 8am
REQUIRED: Previous experience working in staffing and must be bilingual in Spanish/English Job Summary Your Role & Responsibilities: Preferred Education & Experience: High school diploma or 6 months to 1 year related experience in staffing Bilingual Fluent in Spanish/English Competencies (Skills & Knowledge You'll Bring) Your Work Environment: Client Site: Typically where work is performed is generally offsite at a client's location that could be an office or The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $24.00 - $26.00 This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
