Registered Vascular Technologist Supervisor Annapolis, MD Pay From: $55 per hour MUST: The Registered Vascular Technologist Supervisor MUST have experience: High School Diploma or GED (Required) Graduation from an accredited ultrasound program 12-month experience in vascular testing procedures 5-7 years of progressively more responsible job-related experience in non-invasive vascular laboratory performing vascular procedures CPR-Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (Includes BLS and NRP) for healthcare providers from either the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross-Within 90 Days Additional unit/Specialty certifications may vary by department or business unit ARDMS (American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers) registration in Register Vascular Technology, or RVS (Registered Vascular Specialist) from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (Required) ACLS- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification, CPR certification, and ACLS (Preferred) DUTIES: Ensures compliance with departmental goals, policies, procedures, and all regulatory, quality, and safety standards, including accreditation requirements Oversees daily operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, hiring, training, performance management, and ensuring adequate coverage Manages accreditation processes, performance improvement initiatives, and participates in quality and service enhancement efforts Oversees department resources, including budget management, payroll support, and the procurement and maintenance of equipment and supplies Performs and supports vascular testing procedures, ensures accurate documentation and billing, and maintains strong communication with patients, families, and physicians Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
