The Opportunity: The Facilities Technology Specialist II is responsible for the maintenance, operation and lifecycle management of college equipment, technical facilities, server room infrastructure and property assets, ensuring reliable support for instructional, research, and administrative activities. The role also coordinates safety programs, facilities improvements, inventory management and operational support for college events while serving as a liaison with central facilities, property management, faculty, staff and external vendors. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6). Preferred Qualifications:
Health Assessment Required: The UCF policy requires completion and passing of a physical exam for this position. Special Instructions to the Applicants: Position requires a valid Class E driver's license. This position may involve driving to various locations on and off campus to conduct University business.
