The Project Manager manages all aspects of a project from inception to completion, ensuring deliverables are executed on time, within scope, and within budget for a premier healthcare client of Aquent. Assignments in this role are varied and require analytical interpretation and independent determination to establish the most effective courses of action.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project Tracking & Timelines: Develop, optimize, and maintain the overall project tracker, timeline, and supporting project management tools.
  • Meeting & Cadence Governance: Manage the end-to-end meeting cadence, including drafting agendas, capturing and disseminating comprehensive notes, and tracking action items to completion.
  • Reporting & Visibility: Collect and share weekly workstream updates to ensure cross-functional visibility and alignment; support the preparation of materials for executive leadership report-outs.
  • Document & Knowledge Management: Manage the central project site as the master repository for all deliverables, maintain key project documentation, and oversee regular asset updates and reviews.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a central point of contact to coordinate data requests and collect relevant documentation from diverse stakeholders.


Qualifications
Required

  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: Under 5 years of technical project management experience.
  • Tools & Software: Proficiency in project tracking tools and software (e.g., SharePoint, Lucid, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Technical Familiarity: Foundational understanding of content management systems (CMS).
  • Communication & Organization: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to synthesize complex project statuses into concise, actionable leadership updates.
  • Execution Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple, concurrent responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.


Preferred

  • Experience working within a Medicaid managed care organization.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $49 to $55 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
