How will you make an impact?

Serve as a strategic and technical leader driving SAP S/4HANA supply chain solutions in a regulated GxP environment. Enable scalable, compliant, and auditready systems that support product lifecycle and endtoend supply chain operations, while influencing enterprise strategy and crossfunctional initiatives.

What will you do?

• Lead design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions across supply chain modules (MM, PP, SD, QM, WM/EWM)
• Partner across Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and IT to align business needs with system capabilities
• Drive endtoend process optimization from product lifecycle through procurement, manufacturing, and distribution
• Oversee SAP integrations with PLM and other enterprise systems to ensure data integrity and traceability
• Ensure compliance with GxP requirements (FDA, EU, ISO) through validated, auditready solutions
• Lead testing, validation, data migration, and deployment activities (UAT, hypercare)
• Mentor team members and establish best practices, governance, and standards
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating complex requirements into scalable solutions

How will you get here?

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree or certifications preferred)
• 12+ years of SAP or enterprise systems experience, with strong S/4HANA supply chain expertise
• Experience within regulated environments (Life Sciences, Medical Devices, or Pharmaceuticals)
• Deep knowledge of SAP supply chain modules, Quality processes, and system integrations (PLM, MES, QMS)
• Proven ability to lead complex, crossfunctional implementations and influence stakeholders
• Strong analytical, communication, and problemsolving skills with a high degree of independence
