Job Summary

The Manager of Lifecycle and Demand Planning is responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of product lifecycle management and demand forecasting processes. This role ensures optimal inventory levels, product availability, and alignment between Commercial, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leads the team responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle planning, including new product introductions, limited time offers (LTO), promotional packages, product transitions, and end-of-life strategies
  • Leads the team responsible for the monthly demand planning cycle, including statistical forecasting, consensus alignment, and scenario modeling to ensure plans reflect strategic objectives
  • Oversees the governance, accuracy, and consistency of key product supply planning master data to align with supply chain strategies
  • Supports the Sales and Operations Planning process, collaborates cross functionally to achieve high levels of accuracy across locations, channels, chain, and package groups related to lifecycle, demand, and master data planning
  • Develops inventory strategies to balance service levels, working capital and supply chain efficiencies including risk-mitigation actions for slow-moving, excess, and obsolete stock
  • Enables strategy development between Commercialization, Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to align plans with business goals
  • Collaborate cross functionally with other external entities including other Coca-Cola bottlers, the National Product Supply Group (NPSG), and North America Operating Unit (NAOU)
  • Leads, develops, supports, and executes the standardized planning functions for the assigned area to include systems and technology utilization
  • Promotes a culture of personal development, enhanced capability, and skill sets

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year of work experience required, or a minimum of five years of progressive job experience including people, project, or account management with leadership and influencing skills required.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience required.
  • Prior experience working with planning systems and procurement software.
  • Strong understanding of innovation, lifecycle, and demand activities and the related dependencies to other functions.
  • Proven ability to lead and direct others in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong computer application skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planning Systems, SAP, and data governance practices preferred.
  • Proven experience leading monthly demand planning cycles, including statistical forecasting and consensus alignment
  • Strong understanding of inventory optimization, working capital management, and service level trade-offs
  • Demonstrated success driving standardization, process improvement, and system adoption
  • Strong communication skills, including both written and verbal as well as strong presentation skills.
  • Capable of driving change, cross-functionally, utilizing project management approaches and concepts.
  • Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, driving record within policy guidelines.

Pay:$98,983.00 - $116,450.00 a year
