FOX News Media is seeking a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to support the Director of Special Events & Production in the planning and execution of high-profile events, executive & talent engagements, and large-scale productions.

This role serves as a key operational partner, helping to coordinate logistics, manage vendor relationships, develop detailed event timelines and run-of-show itineraries, track budgets, and ensure seamless execution from concept through completion. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and successfully manages multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and discretion when working with senior executives, talent, and external partners.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support the Director of Special Events & Production in the planning, coordination, and execution of internal events, executive engagements, and large-scale productions

  • Assist in coordinating special events including VIP receptions, employee engagement initiatives and major internal productions.

  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue operations, catering, transportation, audiovisual production, decor, staffing, security, and guest experience

  • Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, task lists, production schedules, and run-of-show documents

  • Collaborate with production, creative, and graphics teams to produce event materials

  • Track budgets, manage expenses, and assist with vendor reconciliation

  • Serve as a liaison among all stakeholders to ensure clear communication and successful execution

  • Conduct site visits, venue walkthroughs, and pre-production meetings

  • Maintain vendor databases, event records, contracts, and production documentation

  • Provide on-site support before, during, and after events and productions

  • Contribute creative ideas and best practices to enhance guest experiences

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred

  • Experience in event production, hospitality, live events, corporate events, television production, or a related field

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and operate with professionalism in high-profile environments

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and effective under tight deadlines

  • A resourceful, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for creating exceptional experiences

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules

  • Willingness to travel as needed

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $25.75-29.80 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
