We're looking for a Staff People Analytics Analyst to join Procore's People Team. In this role, you'll leverage advanced data science techniques to shape and optimize our people strategies across the organization. The primary goal of this role is to deliver actionable, data-driven insights that inform decision-making and help foster a thriving, high-performing culture. As a Staff People Analytics Analyst, you'll partner with HR leadership, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional teams to translate complex people-related challenges into impactful analytics solutions. Use your expertise in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and data storytelling to influence strategic decisions and enhance the employee experience. This position reports into the Director, People Analytics and will be based in our Austin, TX office. We're looking for someone to join us immediately. What you'll do:
Base Pay Range: 129,600.00 - 178,200.00 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
