JOB DESCRIPTION: Summary of Position The Director of Youth and Family Services provides strategic and operational leadership for a regional team of Managers, Supervisors, Team Leads, and Clinical Providers. This role is responsible for team performance, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and client-centered behavioral health services across programs. REQUIREMENTS: Education Level Master's degree in a behavioral health field Years of Experience 3-4 years of leadership experience in behavioral health 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health, including supervision of multidisciplinary teams and program oversight Certification/Licensure Active clinical license preferred, but not required PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to travel between sites Ability to work in fast-paced behavioral health environment Position Type, Expected Hours of Work and Travel:Full time, exempt position Hours of work are Monday through Friday with occasional evening or weekend hours required Frequent local travel Time Type: Full timePay Range: $81,850.00--$122,740.00Delivering care that changes people's lives starts with our employees.
