SHIFT: Any (United States of America)Seeking Breakthrough Makers The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will join the Pulmonary Vein Stenosis (PVS) Program at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, a nationally recognized center dedicated to the diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of children with pulmonary vein stenosis. As part of a highly specialized multidisciplinary team, the NP or PA will contribute to the delivery of comprehensive, patient-centered care for a complex patient population across the continuum of care. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with experts in a program that provides innovative therapies, individualized treatment plans, and lifelong disease management. The Nurse Practitioner will support clinical care, care coordination, patient and family education, and other programmatic initiatives while working closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and allied health professionals. The position also provides exposure to ongoing research efforts and clinical advancements aimed at improving outcomes for patients with pulmonary vein stenosis. The ideal candidate will bring at least 1-2 years of APP experience, preferably in cardiology or other relevant environment.
