Sayres is seeking a Configuration Management Specialist III with ability to obtain secret clearance in in Philadelphia PA.

This is a significant engineering and technical support effort tied to the Navy's propulsion, power generation, and ship systems testing infrastructure located at the Philadelphia Navy Yard. The contract supports some of the Navy's most critical land-based test facilities before technologies are installed aboard ships.

Position Summary (Contingent)

The Configuration Management Specialist III manages technical baselines, engineering documentation, revisions, and configuration-controlled products throughout the design lifecycle.

Responsibilities



  • Maintain configuration-controlled documentation and records.
  • Manage engineering drawing releases and revisions.
  • Track and maintain drawing comment matrices.
  • Ensure accuracy of as-built and as-left documentation.
  • Support configuration audits and baseline management activities.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to maintain document integrity.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of configuration management experience.
  • Experience supporting engineering documentation and drawing control processes.
  • Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain
