***HIRING IMMEDIATELY!!!**** ***Sign On Bonus Available for Qualified Service Technicians*** Beverage Service Technician Location: Orlando, FL Whaley Beverage Is a new Division of Whaley Foodservice that is looking to hire a professional that is enthusiastic about the coffee and beverage industry. This technician will be responsible for performing repair, maintenance, installation, and/or refurbishment work for commercial beverage-related equipment such as coffee, tea, juice, or espresso machines in different segments. Certificates and Licenses:Required licenses include a Valid Driver License and driving record that aligns with our safety standards. Preference will be given to technicians with additional certifications such as CFESA Certifications and/or Journeyman Licenses or with training certificates from manufacturers and/or service representatives. Education/Experience: Must be at least 19 years of age. At least three years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Communication Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and understand technical documents and schematics. Ability to write clear and legible maintenance logs. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, employees and customers. Math Ability:The employee needs the ability to work with and understand metric and standard units of measure in weights and pressures. Reasoning Ability: The employee needs the ability to define problems and can diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues. Including making decisions both in the best interest of the customer and company Technology: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of the internet, smartphones, and tablets. Individuals should have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook or similar programs. Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are those an employee can encounter while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will frequently be exposed to moving mechanical parts, exposed electrical connections, and high-pressure steam.
