Position Summary
The person in this position is primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining student clinical affiliation agreements and managing student data for seven Divisions in the Department of Health Sciences. Clinical contract responsibilities include, but are not limited to, collaborating with the Office of Policy, Professional Engagements, Nonclinical ( OPPENA), communicating with clinical and legal teams, using Docusign CLS, Adobe Sign, Exxat and Microsoft Teams to process and organize documentation. Data management responsibilities include creating surveys and procedures for collecting student data, ensuring accuracy and legitimacy of information, organizing, analyzing and reporting data throughout the year, and assisting with the presentation of data.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Management Preferences
Knowledge of University, School, Department and Division policies and procedures, particularly in the areas of data reporting and records management.
Experience using Docusign CLM, Exxat, Adobe Sign
Ability to work well in a team.
