The Cloud Product Infrastructure Margin team is an exciting and fast-evolving finance team at the forefront of Microsoft's Cloud-first strategy. The DC Infrastructure and Strategy team leads portfolio decision-making for new data center investments. We're seeking a Group Finanace Manager, Data Center Investments and Deals to serve as the lead financial owner for major infrastructure investments, including land, power and data center leases, supporting Microsoft's global cloud expansion. This role combines investment underwriting, deal structuring, and portfolio strategy, with direct responsibility for cash flow modeling, valuation, risk assessment, and executive decision support. Responsibilities * Lead endtoend investment underwriting and deal execution for largescale data center investments, including land acquisition, land development, leases, and build decisions. * Own detailed cash flow, valuation, and downside scenario models used for executive approvals and longrange capital planning. * Partner directly with acquisition, engineering, and operations leaders to structure and negotiate transactions, balancing price, flexibility, speed to market, and capital efficiency. * Drive build vs. lease and alternative structuring analyses using total cost of ownership, IRR, NPV, and riskadjusted return frameworks. * Drive portfolio-level alignment for data center investments, across different form factors, existing presence in the region and accounting for impact from strategic partnerships. * Synthesize diverse data sources into clear executive summaries for leadership decisions Qualifications Required/minimum qualifications:

Financial Analysis IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
