Join our Team as a Leasing Specialist in Pheonix, AZ!

Coffelt Tenant is a 301-unit affordable housing community located on 34 acres in Pheonix, with single-story duplex homes. The community operates under LIHTC, HTF, CDBG, and RAD PBRA affordable housing programs. We're looking for a full-time Leasing Specialist who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and helping prospective residents navigate the leasing process while contributing to a vibrant, resident-focused community.

What You'll Do:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current residents, delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Conduct community tours and guide prospects through the leasing and application process.

  • Prepare leases, applications, and resident documentation in accordance with LIHTC & Fair Housing requirements.

  • Complete follow-up communication with prospects and support resident retention efforts.

  • Provide administrative support including filing, record maintenance, and service request coordination.

  • Assist with compliance interviews and coordinate documentation with the Compliance team.

  • Support outreach marketing, resident communications, and move-in/move-out processes.

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience required.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

  • Affordable Housing/LIHTC experience is a plus!

  • Experience with RealPage / OneSite property management software preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.

  • Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, etc) preferred.

  • Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accurate records and filing systems.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly pay between $18 to $20/hour based on experience.
