INDIANAPOLIS POWER & LIGHT COMPANY NOTICE OF JOB VACANCY POSITION: Mechanic REQUISITION NUMBER: R1063701 UNION: IPL Physical Unit HOURLY WAGE RATE: $29.90 $50.65 LOCATION: Morris St. Position is 2nd shift from 3:30pm to 12:00am Position Summary The Mechanic is responsible for performing maintenance, inspections, and repairs on AES Indiana fleet vehicles and equipment, including aerial devices, cranes, derricks, and other specialized utility equipment. This role ensures compliance with safety standards, manufacturer specifications, and regulatory requirements to maintain operational reliability and safety. Key Responsibilities
