Are you a passionate and strategic individual ready to make a significant impact on how a beloved creative experience connects with its global community? We are seeking an Influencer Program Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing world-class creator campaigns. In this exciting position, you will be instrumental in driving awareness, engagement, and community participation for one of the most iconic creative games in the world. Your expertise will directly influence how millions of players discover and interact with new content, fostering authentic connections and expanding the game's vibrant ecosystem.

This role involves partnering closely with internal marketing teams to execute influencer strategies, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure seamless campaign delivery. You will be a key player in coordinating creator outreach, managing talent logistics, and reporting on campaign performance, contributing directly to the success of major cultural moments and game updates.

**What You'll Do:**

* Support planning and execution of influencer campaigns and creator activations aligned with the franchise strategy, game drops, and major cultural moments.

* Partner closely with internal marketing, product, and legal teams, as well as external partners, to translate campaign priorities into clear creator-focused plans and deliverables.

* Manage day-to-day influencer program operations, including creator outreach, contracting workflows, briefing, scheduling, and ongoing communications.

* Maintain a strong understanding of the creative game's creator ecosystem, platform trends, and emerging communities across leading content platforms.

* Help identify and recommend creators that align with the brand's values, audience goals, and campaign needs, including both top-tier and rising talent.

* Coordinate campaign logistics such as content timelines, asset delivery, approvals, and launch support to ensure smooth execution across multiple stakeholders.

* Support creator engagement opportunities tied to tentpole moments such as live events, multiplayer activations, and sponsored programming.

* Track and interpret influencer campaign performance, contributing to reporting dashboards and post-campaign recaps while using insights to optimize future activations.

* Ensure creator partnerships feel authentic, community-first, and aligned with the brand's tone, values, and player expectations.

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 5+ overall years of experience in the field, with 2+ years specifically in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent-driven campaign execution within gaming, entertainment, or consumer brands.

* Deep understanding of creator platforms and content ecosystems, including leading social channels.

* Proven ability to manage multiple creator workstreams simultaneously, including outreach, briefing, scheduling, deliverables, and campaign timelines.

* Ability to build strong relationships with creators, agencies, and external partners while ensuring campaigns remain authentic and community-first.

* Ability to influence without authority and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, creative, legal, and external stakeholders.

* Experience with influencer performance reporting, campaign measurement, and translating results into actionable insights (platform analytics experience preferred).

* Comfort working within operational systems including standard productivity suites, influencer tracking tools, CRM-style workflows, and contract/payment processes.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting creator briefs, outreach messaging, and campaign documentation.

* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-moving, culture-driven environment.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Strong knowledge of the creative game and familiarity with its creator ecosystem.

* Experience managing influencer activations for video game publishers, gaming platforms, esports organizations, or similar consumer-facing entertainment brands.
